To start off, I got my name changed! Been a long time coming since 2016. I was so happy to give myself a name away from everything I experienced in the beginning stages of life. Now I can officially be called it everywhere! I also changed my last name to Potapov, same as my husband's. Side note: This gives me the same initials as Harry Potter ☆ HJP

Turtle at the party!

Little bit later in May I went to my nephews birthday party. For whatever reason, watching everyone sing him happy birthday and my sister lighting his candle was a very grounding (?) moment. Watching every part of his life and just other friends with their kids is so cool 🥲 I love watching my friends go places and make a life for themselves!

The wedding arch at Scarborough Faire

May 4th~ Josh and I's wedding anniversary! Fun fact: We decided to elope and just needed to pick a day so I picked May 4th as a joke and did not realize Josh was not in on the joke and thought I picked a random day….no we are not giant Star Wars fans but we are fantasy nerds so dont flame us. We went to Scarborough every year together so coming here was a duh and what a coincidence that it fell on our anniversary the year we get back together!

Alex!! Whiplash anyone? Went on a date with my boyfriend Alex :) Polyamory should be more normalized for people who want it so watch me be non chalant about it! Alex is super sweet yet matches my petty energy when needed. We went to a really nice sushi restaurant in Flower Mound, Tsunami Sushi and Grill the food was so so good and the vibes were cozy and private. Only bad part was this weird lady at another table that kept staring at us? We were cute so….

Alex made me a paper crane and Josh got me a supportive ducky

Birthday Cremè Brulee

Inside a little terrarium store in Scarby

Went to Pierre's Steakhouse and Scarborough Faire for Alex's birthday! These two events were so so much fun, we got to go with so many new friends whom I already love so much Bridgette, Joel, Rebecca, Sterling, and Eli ♡ It started pouring rain and it was the best thing ever since it was SO HOT outside. However, this is one of the times where I was shown my limits. I'm on medication for my mental health and it has changed my life for the better. I can actually function day to day. But this also brings its downsides, I couldn't really eat my dinner at Pierre's due to my nausea from some teeny tiny way I had messed up my medicine routine which throws me off for days. I almost wasn't able to do Scarborough since my medicine causes me to overheat easily mixed with 90°. Barely made it back to the car after hyperventilating and throwing up. Took me an hour of ice packs and sitting in the car to be okay. Thank god for the rain, I wouldn't have been able to go back otherwise. In no way does it diminish the times I had but it sure is frustrating.

Kura!!

Coming to the close of May, Josh and I went on a random date to K-town and really enjoyed it! We went to Kura, Kinokuniya Bookstore, Somi Somi, and 85°~

There's still so much that is going to happen in the next few weeks and I can't wait to take you along! Hope you enjoyed!~

Till next time, Hayden☆
